Our Sleep Studies In Adelaide

Our role is to provide your General Practitioner with the relevant data, based on an in-home sleep test, to evaluate and diagnose any sleep issues or disorders.

We’re particularly looking to uncover any potential onset of Sleep Apnea, a quite serious issue, which we cover in more detail below.

Are You At Risk Of Sleep Apnea?

Have you been known to snore quite loudly? For example, could someone in another room hear you?

During the day, do you feel fatigued and like you need a good night rest?

Do you feel like you sometimes wake from having had a period of not breathing? or does your partner say that you sometimes stop breathing during sleep?

Is your blood pressure high? (or has it been diagnosed as high in the past)?

Answering yes to the above could mean that you are a sleep apnea risk and it is recommended that you go and see your GP for a referral to get a Sleep Study with us.

How We Help

The great news is, with a referral from your General Practitioner, in most instances, there is no out of pocket expense for your sleep test.

We use the absolute latest in sleep study equipment and our equipment is designed to uncover sleep-related issues in one test, which is done in the privacy of your own home.

We prioritise our sleep study appointments as we understand that most people want to get on top of the issue as quickly as possible. You’ll be able to book in for your initial consultation quite quickly!

Our testing spans a larger range of disorders, including Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Snoring and can also identify some of the warnings signs for Periodic Leg Movement Disorder.

The outcome of your test will assess how suitable you are for common sleep apnea treatments, such as CPAP (which we do provide at great prices!).

Once you have completed your in-home test, you’ll bring the equipment back to us and we will then analyze the results, which takes quite a few days to be done thoroughly, and then report back to you promptly.

The process really is quite simple and the test itself is very non-invasive, and we will be with you every step of the way to help you diagnose and sleep disorders as fast as possible.
